Kevin Kubota Action Review #2

Today is my final review of volume 3 of Kevin Kubota's  wonderful actions!  By the way, they are on sale right now on his website!  There are lots more actions than I reviewed, but I pretty much stuck with my favorites.  Again, these were amazingly easy to use, and cut work time way down.  Plus, I love the cool effects!  Get them here!
